By accessing and using the Anveda website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Product Information
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We strive to display accurate product information, but we cannot guarantee that your device displays colors accurately.
3. Ordering and Payment
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the product under these terms. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Payment must be received by us before we dispatch your order. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or courier services. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999 within India.
5. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in original packaging. Perishable items and food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless damaged during shipping. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect and use your personal information only as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. All payment information is encrypted and processed securely.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Anveda, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant products or services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of New Delhi, India.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
